Relieve pain, restore movement, and get back to what you love.”

Tim Haitz, DPT

At 14, Tim Haitz was hit by a car going 35 mph while riding his bike. The crash left him with a shattered femur and tibia, severed hamstrings, a dislocated pelvis, and a torn ACL. He spent days in a coma, months in traction, and nearly lost his leg to amputation. For almost a year, he didn't walk — and for decades after, he lived with pain, a limp, and an undiagnosed one-inch leg length difference that quietly shaped everything about how he moved and how he felt.

It was physical therapy that gave him his life back. Working with a PT to correct thirty years of imbalance, Tim didn't just get out of pain — he returned to the bike, became a nationally ranked cyclist, and competed at the Cyclo-cross World Championships in Belgium three years running. Then he made one more change: he became a physical therapist himself. "My life was given back to me by a physical therapist," Tim says. "Now I have a gift I can give to someone else."
